We had a great experience thanks to Chi who is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about both Crested gecko habitat set up and needs and fish compatible with Tetras. We were impressed with his knowledge and appreciate his friendliness!

The way you treat mice is sickening. You have too many in a tank and they are miserable, fighting constantly. These should be pets as you sell frozen mice also as feeders. I have not seen a Petco so sickening before. Yes, many times they are sold as food when I have asked for a mouse and they will tell me. This place has the most disgusting living situation I have ever seen. You should treat all your animals humanely.

If i could leave 0 start i would, i used go there for awhile today i went to get cat litter they were out of the brand I always get! So I asked Alexis to help to pick something else and I asked for her recommendation she responded with hella of attitude and rude way she gave me a hard time and she told me it’s my job to know what I want. She was absolutely unfortunately

We went to the So Portland location and worked with Corey. Very helpful and very friendly! Store overall was very clean and the shelves appeared to be well stocked. There were a variety of birds and other pets to choose from.

The folks here are generally very helpful. They offer a solid selection of the products our animals use and prefer. When out of stock on any foods we purchase there, they happily pull some in from another nearby location for us.
