I would like to say that Danielle at the Scarborough, Maine location is the greatest groomer on the planet… We have an anxious, beautiful Siberian husky who we rescued 5 years ago, and in part because of stress that she must have experienced before we were lucky enough to find her, she is fearful of many things. One of them is being groomed and we had tried a couple of other groomers before we discovered Danielle. She is SOOO patient, kind, professional and is such a perfectionist that our lovely Ember is at least tolerant of being groomed. Each time that we pick her up she looks absolutely magnificent. Her nails are impeccably trimmed, her coat looks gorgeous, and she is peaceful and calm. I can't speak more highly of Danielle and the service that she provides every time we see her. Thank you PetSmart for hiring such a spectacular employee :-)

A pet smart store in Portland. Clean and helpful staff. Can get all kinds of pet stuffs here like in other locations.

Very clean, nice staff, well organized. But it seemed to not be as staffed up as you would think. No one was able to get me a fish (idc cuz that's not the full reason I was there) which was baffling to me all these employees and no one is allowed to get me a fish? But there was someone to get me a bird🤔 Seemed weird. Anyway I love my budgie

Shea handled my puppy River with care. My puppy was anxious and nervous,but When I came back to pick her up Shea was holding her and she was happy. River smelled and looked great her nails were trimmed perfectly. We re booked for next month, and we will continue to go to Pet Smart. Thank you, Shea.

This review will be speaking of ♿️ accessibility as well as my opinion. I have been in this store a few times now, once on my own, and once with my service dog in training (SDiT) who is still very new to training. There is clearly marked handicap parking, and the entrance to the store is compliant. This store is amazingly well kept. The product is in the correct places, the items are clearly marked, and everything is nicely displayed. The isles are not cluttered with promotional junk blocking access with a cane/walker/wheelchair. There are a few tight squeezes in the main center isle, but manageable. At least one isle has a structural barrier in it, but that is not the fault of the business. The staff was very friendly to my husband and myself, and were actually really respectful of my pup being in training. We were trying to socialize her that day, so we let folks pet her, and they let her approach them. They were very generous in the compliments payed to my very excited pup. I currently live hours away from this store, but everytime I am in the area, we shall be stopping in.
