An absolute gem of a local business! We adopted our sweet cat, Remy, from Pope Memorial, and had a gift certificate for some items from Loyal Biscuit. The staff there is amazing and kind and clearly LOVE animals- Mallory even told us to email a picture of Remy so they could display it behind the counter(this made my kids' year!). All of their products are sustainable and high quality, and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. We love Loyal Biscuit!

People are so kind there I had to order when I was flat On my back of after surgery and have somebody pick it up and I don’t know the name of the girl that did the order but I freaking love her. She called me back when things were not available and I had given her the wrong credit card. She simply couldn’t have been more kind. Amazing place amazing employees.

Hands down the best dog / cat feed store in the area they have wonderful rewards program bags of food bought and other items rewards dollars for amounts spent . They have a great variety of dog foods and treats and of course toys and dog chews . Also have a self service dog bath with everything you need to bathe your pooch . My dogs love to go visit the wonderful employees at loyal biscuit . I highly recommend this as your go to feed store .

The people at Loyal Biscuit really know dogs. My dog had a very sore leg. They asked me several questions, then gave me suggestions for products and home remedies. They weren't out to just sell products. They really wanted to help my dog feel better. He was feeling better the next morning and back to normal the next day.

Staff were very friendly and kind. We stopped in for a quick enrichment chew for our pup so they had something to chew on while we ate outside at a restaurant. They had SO many lavender toppls on sale!
