Walmart Supercenter

It has a dunkin' donuts on the inside. The store is large and carries a huge variety of products, including specialty items, pharmacy, and beauty products. The super in super-center here is definitely merited. The checkout doesn't have tap to pay unfortunately like all the stores next door so that was a bit of a let down.

This store needs to teach their employees who are stocking shelves to not stand in front of shelves chatting with each other and also if you see a customer to politely move out of the way so tgey can actually get what they need. Also not to be running pushing big loads, I and many others have been almost ran over. Stocking the shelves should be done early mornings and late evenings, not at noon.

Well stocked grocery section with nice, fresh produce. The younger generation could learn something from the cashier that I had. She was so pleasant and efficient, far better than most of the youngsters that won't even acknowledge your existence!

I went to customer service area tonight in Walmart Presqu isle to send money via Western Union around 08:55 pm dated today December 06, 2024 . An older guy was there and looks like mad but I still approach him coz he is the only one in the counter to do the transaction. When it is time for me to Pay, I saw on the screen the "insert card" word and I didn't heard him saying do not insert the card yet coz he's been talking a lot, sounds like murmuring. When I am supposed to insert my card he SHOUTED at me so Loudly saying " I SAID DO NOT INSERT THE CARD YET!!!!" and I was embarrassed coz all the people and staff at my back heard him shouting. However, I'm just being polite, humble and professional and I did not stepped down to his level and finished the transaction even though I'm already embarrassed. He is so mean to me coz I'm not white. This guy is really a RACIST!!! CALLING THE ATTENTION OF THE WALMART Presque isle HR DEPARTMENT TO CHECK THIS GUY'S ATTITUDE!!! HE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA COZ HE IS RUDE AS HELL!!!!

I never go to Walmart anymore cause their are to many pushy bossy people their. I finally said why not we can stop their for drinks and give it a shot and on our way out a employee pulling a cart almost hit us looked at us like it was our fault he was almost running and didn't say a word no apologies nothing so I just keep walking and didn't say a word. Got to the self check out and the ladies working had a bad attitude and my girlfriend forgot her I'd in the car so instead of asking her to go get it just gave us a bad attitude and barked then pulled the drinks off the machine and as we walked by was complaining to a co-worker. I will have absolutely nothing to do with Walmart ever again. If I can't get whatever I need somewhere else then I guess I dont need it. Everytime I go their theirs always a issue
