Lorraine is great. She does an excellent job with Charlie my fur baby. He is not always the still one either. He can give both if us a run for our money but Lorraine is patient n loving with him. She's been his groomer now for all 3 years of his life. Wouldn't trade her for anyone else. Thanks Lorraine.

My jumpy Yorkie is in love with Lorraine. He likes her way better than me. If a dog can hide its paws when I go to cut nails, he's the one. She is competent, friendly and fun to watch. I recommend her all the time.

I have taken our persian/himalayan kitty to Hollywood Pet Salon for years for her annual shaving. Lorraine does a fabulous job every time. Would highly recommend this business!

I had a minor emergency with one of my doggos--an ingrown dew claw. I called and she took us immediately. She was great with my furbaby and took care of the problem right away.
