Jenn'z Petz Grooming

Got my dog groomed here for the first time today. The front desk woman was extremely friendly and kind. The groomer came to take my dog and didn't even think to say hello or a word at all to us and just took my dog and went to the back. She was there for 3 hours and it looks like they barely touched her. I know its so hard to estimate what someone wants when its a dogs first time but we showed them photos of past grooms and tried our best to explain what we wanted. She is completely uneven specifically on her legs, ears, and belly. The first photo (in the car) was yesterday and the other photos from today right after her groom. The last photo was the photo we showed for inspiration. I feel like she looks barely touched or more so raggedy than before. They said she was easy to work with so I know it wasn't from her not tolerating the groom. For $85 I would expect a well groomed dog and not have to touch her up (pretty much all over) at home. I would not recommend this groomer.

I love Jenn’z. They are always accommodating to my last minute calls for nail dremel, trim, tooth brush etc. I have 2 pugs and they treat them carefully and gently- no trauma. They are efficient and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Jen is great! Not a lot of people are skilled at grooming Australian Shepherds but she does a GREAT job. I say “Let’s go see Jen”. He is to do that! My guy is 12 now and has hind end issues and she is very sensitive to his needs!! We’ve been going to her for years!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Super grateful for all the kind and talented folks at Jenn’z Petz! Our 1 year old goldendoodle struggles with grooming anxiety, but they are so patient with him and he always comes home looking amazing!

By far the best pet groomer I've ever taken my dogs too. They are kind, thorough, and professional.
