The place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. The store was disorganized, and the employees were rude and seemed to not care.
Went in to buy winter boots for my 6 year old son and got told by the cashier older lady with purple streaks in her hair that all the boots they had was already on the shelf. They was ALL for girls in that age group there was none for boys. She proceeded to tell me her son would wear the pink boots he liked them. I Said to each their own that's not a problem but my son don't want pink boots. She got an attitude with me and turned her back to me. It's sad some people push adult agendas on children. All I wanted was a pair of winter boots for my boy, they could of been gender neutral and I would of been fine with it. Disappointing there was no boots for boys in that age group in the store!
I just want to say thank you to the young man who not only carried my propane tanks to the car, but my 2 bags of grain as well. Very friendly and courteous. I believe his name was Cole
Went in the store tonight Dan and Colton were working. It was very busy in there they both had a great attitude very friendly great customer service Dan was running around helping everyone . Even though they were short handing they took the time to help me out. I asked if they were hiring he said yes told me how to apply for the job. You are very lucky to have them as your employees. Great team work.
I am 100% disgusted with the service here 11/5/23... I came prepared to purchase a pellet stove, piping, sealant, and a dolly, plus pellets..the cashier tried showing me the stoves, knew absolutely nothing about them and showed me the smallest one there...which was a wood stove..not a pellet stove. He then had 6 people in line so I asked a woman who was hanging up pet outfits if I could get some help, she asked " Well what do you need help with" and then said well we have no pipe whatsoever for them other than a wall vent kit. I asked how quickly they could get it here she said 7-14 days. So I suppose if I could have put the stove in my cart and into my vehicle alone then I'd of been alset but couldn't use it at home because they have NO piping!!!! NOW I will drive the 90 miles to Bangor, ME because the sunday's associates couldn't be bothered to do a $2000.00 sale.. hopefully Lowe's or home Depot have better service.
