Pleasantly Pampered Grooming

My 3 pups were taken care of in a kind and proficient manner! They look great after their appointments (see photos), went back willingly the second time, and I was sent updates, which helped me to plan my day! So thankful I found you all! Very friendly environment and staff. They worked with us on a short notice and got both of our pups in short notice. This was one of our pups first time at a salon and she was just as happy an excited when we picked them up. Also price is very reasonable compared to other grooming places we’ve been.

My dog loves it here, as do I. They do a great job grooming him. And they have a schedule to help keep his fur from getting too matted. Thank you Ladies for what you do. ❤️❤️❤️

Made my dog look so cute, he came back happy and unstressed. Very reasonable groom time, and I could come get him as soon as they finished up. Lovely people.

I originally scheduled a simple ear cleaning and plucking, days before the appointment they asked if I'd like a bath along side the ear treatment. I agreed thinking it may be about a $20 upcharge. I walked in and they asked if he was here for JUST a bath, so i reminded them that hes mainly there for ear cleaning and plucking. After returning to pick up my dog is checked his ears and saw they didn't do they ear cleaning or plucking so I had to remind them. Then when I paid for the service it was $80 instead of the expected $10 for the ear cleaning. It was never explained to me the price jump nor was the originally scheduled service completed until after I pointed it out. If you go here be sure to check that your requested service is done and triple check the prices they charge.
