Jenna did an amazing job with my dog. I did the pick up/drop off option and my dog became comfortable with her immediately and she treated him so well. She texted me pictures throughout his service. He came home smelling like Fresh Lavender. She asked me exactly what I wanted and 100% delivered. This is the Before & After

I recently had the pleasure of taking my two huskies, Tessa and Titan, to Snips & Suds Grooming, where they were pampered by the talented Jenna. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the entire experience, from start to finish! First and foremost, the salon itself is very welcoming. The atmosphere is bright, inviting, and pet friendly, which immediately puts both me and my fur babies at ease. Jenna greeted us with a bright smile and took the time to get to know Tessa and Titan before the bathing process began. This personal touch is so important, especially for a pet parent like me who always wants to ensure that my doggos feel safe and comfortable. Now let’s talk about the grooming part itself. Jenna is nothing short of a grooming wizard! She took the time to explain her process and what products she would be using, and how long it would take. She also listened while I addressed all the specific quirks Tessa and Titan have. It was evident that she has a deep understanding of husky coats and the unique challenges they present. As I was leaving I could hear Jenna chatting with them, making them feel like the special pups they are. When it was time for the bath, Jenna handled both Tessa and Titan with such care and expertise. She sent me pictures right before bath time. I could tell they were enjoying the experience! Jenna even utilized their favorite treats and used positive reinforcement throughout the grooming process, which was a huge plus in my book. After their baths, Jenna worked on drying their fur, and I was amazed at how quickly she had them fluffing up and looking fabulous. As she mentioned she used a high-velocity dryer that effectively removed water without the discomfort some dryers can cause. I loved how she also noticed minor skin concerns before they became a problem, showing her keen eye for detail and commitment to providing quality service. When the grooming was complete, Jenna presented me with two extremely handsomely beautiful and clean huskies that I could hardly recognize! Their coats were shiny, fresh, and free from any residual dirt or odor. Jenna took the extra time and efforts to make us all comfortable. As we left Snips & Suds, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the entire experience. Jenna not only provided excellent grooming services, great customers service but also demonstrated a genuine love and passion for animals. It’s clear that she treats every pet as if they were her own, and that level of care is something I truly value. We are new to the area and came across Snips and Suds. We were able to get an appointment within a few days. We have two Yorkies, one gets very nervous and generally doesn’t participate. Jenna and Jason put our babies at ease and they did a terrific job. When we went to pick them up, Charlie and Munch were happy, running, and playing. We are thrilled we met Jenna and Jason and now Charlie and Munch can continue to look handsome! Thank you Jenna and Jason! I will add photos soon.

My wife found this groomer when we first got a Yorke pup that weighed only 1lb at the time. now a year later she is a 3.5lbs and still all puppy. There are two things I look for in a groomer. The first is quality work and when she leaves there she looks beyond cute. The second is a place that treats my dog with love, Judged by what I see and how my pup acts around her groomer. My pup loves Jenna when I pull up to the business she comes out to greet us and the puppy jumps into Jenna's arms kissing and but wagging. I am a loyal fan of Snips and Suds and highly recommend them.

Assume groomer! Abe & Lincoln looked great! Abe our Golden Doodle still usually has puppy anxiety especially at groomers. Not today his first Snips and Suds trip. They both came home so happy and we definitely appreciate all the love given to the boys. Thanks Carnie & Colleen Marsh
