Born and raised in North East and recently returned from South Florida, very tight on funds but a necessity to get Apollo groomed. The staff was phenomenal and helpful, great energy and as you can see in the pictures left me more than satisfied with how they handled Apollo. I cannot recommend them enough for any size dog and Mary Anne will certainly be the only person taking care of Apollo during our time back home. Thank yall so much!!

The absolute best groomer our australian shepherd has ever been to! Being a dual coated dog, he's not to be shaved and other groomers always want to shave him for the summer or do a complete hack job on his butt area. He gets horrendous butt furs and usually we get him back with his butt shaved and the rest of his fur long and he looks terrible. They were able to clean his butt up but also blend it to look like it's supposed to look that way. He gets bad ear mats and being a rescue dog does not like his ears touched, but they were able to be patient enough with him to get all of his mats out and trim his ears up super cute. They did more work on him than any other groomer, yet were done with him quicker than other groomers are and the price was amazing! We will definitely be back with him and our female aussie.

I am very sad to be making this review because I have taken both my dogs to them on and off for the past few years, and they do a great job grooming, but there are things that I cannot look past any longer for the safety of my dogs: When I first started bringing my dogs to Puppy Love, there were two separate instances where a woman that worked there dragged my dog. She did not attempt to even give my dog any commands or anything, just drug my dog behind her by her leash all the way to the back. I'm talking all four legs locked in place and still being drug by the leash. My dogs are small, they could have easily been picked up. After the first instance I was very uncomfortable and decided to take a break. After a bit passed, I gave them another chance thinking it was just an off day or something. It then happened again and I was very upset, so I took an even longer break. I started going back to them once they moved facilities and things were fine, up until two weeks ago. I went in for a nail trim for both my dogs, and the woman trimming my dogs nails had her two children there behind the counter with her (which was fine), until I witnessed some things happen. One of the children was carrying around a dog that was very large like a Newfoundland (not 100% sure on the breed but that's what it looked like to me and was about that size), and since they are a small child, they were carrying it by its upper body and its lower half was almost touching the floor. I was worried because it really wasn't a safe way to be carrying a dog, especially by a small child, but I let it go. Immediately after that one of the other children walked by with a small Pomeranian, and they were holding it under its armpits. The child then tossed the dog in the air and then caught it. I was now very uncomfortable. Once my dogs were done, I was backing out to drive away and I see one of the little boys open the back door and they decided to walk out and left the door open. Two dogs, one Pitbull mix and the Pomeranian ran out the door and the kid signaled to me to stop my car so he could get the dogs. The dogs were running around the parking lot, and the facility is so close to the road that I was terrified they were going to run into the street. Thankfully the kid was able to get both dogs back into the place after about a minute or two, but I felt so sick. I don't understand why the other adults that work there were saying nothing to the kids about the way they were handling the dogs. How they were unattended to leave the door open in the first place. I started to wonder about the safety of my dogs. Had they ever been tossed in the air by a kid? Were they carried improperly by a kid? What else has happened that no one has witnessed if this kind of stuff is happening? I can't even guarantee that my dogs will be kept safely inside the building. These are things I cannot look past any longer because I need to be 100% sure my dogs are safe. It breaks my heart because they do an excellent job grooming, but I cannot return not knowing if my dogs are safe. The past dragging incidents combined with this incident was enough for me to unfortunately end my business with Puppy Love.

My wife and I always come here to get our Australian Shepherd groomed. We usually go to Jamie but everyone has been wonderful! The pricing is extremely reasonable for what you get, and our baby always comes back looking like a show dog!

I love Puppy Love. Zach did such a great grooming task on my Morkie. It was his first visit to a groomer & Zach was able to trim him in spite of his hyper active self. Thanks Zach...you are the best.
