Dale's Pet Grooming

We brought both our Maltese mixed puppies (1year old) on two separate occasions. She did an amazing job and both dogs look great. You have a new customer willing to travel far for such great service.

New puppy only needed a bath, ears cleaned, nails and a trim shape up basic services. Read all the reviews for this groomer and made an appointment. I was told to bring my pup anytime between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, I dropped him off at 9:00. I was told that they would text when he was ready around noon, no text so I headed over around 1:00 they texted a little after 1:00. He was there from 9:00 to 1:00 pm way too long locked in a crate. When they brought him to me they did not blow off the hair which was all over me, asked about his ears never cleaned, cleaned while I was holding him, nails were ragged, did not trim the butt, did not appear to have been bathed and the most disturbing was his waving hair hacked cut LITERALLY like some one was practicing with clippers. Lumps low and high hair. My puppy has distinctive eyebrows and one was a mess which I never asked to TOUCH. I sat in my car boiling drove home livid. After calming down I called told them the issues they said oh bring him back he probably wasn’t finished the owner had all kind of excuses! I do not know how this groomer received so many stars. I owed it to my puppy to honestly leave this review. 🙈 Responding to your comment that was rude and to call any dog a mixed and bad hair a dog is family would you say that to a child. Read the one star comments I’m not the only dissatisfied customer. Own your grooming is a hot mess think you should hang up your clippers it’s time. Added photos.

Our dog has developed an anxiety about grooming which has been extremely difficult. For months we’ve been trying different groomers, mostly well known pet stores, only to be asked to pick him up because he’s snippy. Then we found Dale’s, and because of their friendly and patient approach to grooming our boy has FINALLY been groomed and I think it’s the best groom he’s ever had. Thank you Dale’s Pet Grooming!!!

I had an excellent experience with dealing with Dale. She allowed my 11 year old Cairn terrier, Chachi, to come for a Sunday appointment even though she is typically closed that day. I explained to her that I wanted him to look like a Cairn and not like a Yorkie like Petsmart always makes him look. She told me to just Google a picture of how I wanted him to look and that is how she would cut him. She had him done in an hour just as promised. This was my second time using Dale as a groomer. She also cut my Maltipoo about a month ago and did a great job with her.The shop was clean and my dog enjoyed playing with her Norwich terriers. I see why she is a Show dog groomer, she pays attention to detail. I will be only dealing with her from now on. I forgot to mention she was cheaper than Petsmart also😁

I’m so blessed to have found this grooming salon. My cockapoo is much older and had some matting in some rather sensitive areas. All I can say was this salon was truly a blessing in disguise. After picking Sadie up from the salon, naturally I wanted to gauge her mood, as this was her first time being groomed here, but when I tell you Sadie was thriving and happy…. I was so pleased. I went to pet her and watched my kid pet her to see if she flinched at all or seemed uncomfortable in any sense which she sometimes would be after taking her to the pet smart in arundel mills but I couldn’t be more happy seeing how great of a job this groomer did at Dales Pet Salon and how happy Sadie was upon pickup. Thank you!! You guys did an amazing job!!
