I take my Golden Retriever here every 6 weeks and he loves going. He likes the ladies that clean him up. He wags his tail when we get there and they treat him so great. They clean him up well!!!
They are awesome! Our little Harley always looks beautiful when they groom her. Would highly recommend them to everybody!
Giving a 1 star due to communication issues are really bad. I view it as they don’t want my business. Have never experienced a groomer that does not ever answer their phone and communicates by text and responds later in the evening between 7:30 and 9:15. My dog loved them but as a owner that has a busy schedule the communication just does not work. On top of communication I waited over a month for an appointment, with the bread of dogs I have once a month is just not enough. Had to reschedule an appointment for two requesting an August appointment, nope they are booked and will put me in the cancellation list. Really your are that busy? Sent a text last night requesting a September appointment, it is now 2:20 in the afternoon and still have not heard back. Nope, this business is not for me. UPDATE BELOW! In response to you, My Dog is male not a female, the only one you have groomed and failed to mention the only reason I had to cancel for one the other dog, she was at the vet with an issue, so don't try to make it out that I canceled one dog and brought the other so I was not charged, when in fact she was at the vet, this shows your professionalism sucks too. You take no responsibility for non-communication. My message is not rude. I sent you a message at 9:47AM requesting to cancel and reschedule in August, your response came after hours at 7:33PM stating "Hi! Thanks for letting us know! At this time, we are currently booked however we can add you to a cancellation list!", I sent a response at 7:33PM, "Sounds Good." After some thought I thought well maybe I should schedule for September, I sent a message requesting that at 9:31PM hoping I would receive a response first thing when you opened.....Well the response came, never. After waiting and waiting for a response I sent you a text at 2:15pm stating, "You know never mind, the communication is not what would be expected for a business that wants business from me. Wish it was better because I loved the way you groomed Tugg and he enjoyed it as well." So tell me how it was rude, I actually gave you a really good compliment. If you took it as rude not meant to be rude. However, a business owner should be more apologetic than trying to make the customer out to be bad. So all in all, before the response I would have still recommended but the unprofessional placing all blame on the customer, me, I would not recommend.
This mother and daughter owned business treats your dog as if it’s their own. Just picked up our girl Sandy and she’s so happy and was so beautifully groomed. Love the added touch of the sunflower bandana. Thanks ladies for taking great care of our girl. Wish I could post a pic of her. 😁
Ms. Donna & Britni are absolutely wonderful woman who always provide top notch services for my girls. I live in SC now but still come back to MD from time to time and make it a must to stop by when we're in town. They have always made Mya, LaLa and myself feel like we are apart of their family. These ladies are by far the best groomers in Maryland and the only groomers I trust my fur babies with. I promise you will be extremely pleased with their knowledge, skills and ability to make your fur baby feel and look as precious as they really are.
