Pet Styles of Elkton

Brought my baby girl in for a grooming appointment. They did a fantastic job! Very courteous, prompt, well priced, and most importantly, she was super happy when I picked her up! Found my new groomer!

I arrived on time , upon speaking with the representative at the desk, I realized I left the vaccination paperwork at home. She informed me that she had to speak with the Manager. Once she return, she informed me that I had 5 minutes to get back with the paperwork or reschedule. Of course, 5 minutes was unreasonable since I live 15 minutes away. After returning home I contacted Pet Styles, only to be informed that the person I spoke with was a manager. Now I'm confused. So where there is confusion run? I did not like the lack of flexibility, nor did I appreciate being informed that I was actually speaking to a manager who stated she had to go in the back to talk to the manager. First impressions mean a lot.

Just took my dogs here today for the first time and I’m really happy with how they turned out. Both dogs look great and Bon Yo’ s haircut is very nice. Everyone here is friendly and I’m happy we found them. We were taking them to a place in Newark but it’s nice having somewhere local to go. Have them booked again for July!!!

They groom well. The prices are a bit on the high side. But pay for what you get. I'll keep using them.

I take my dog here with some degree of regularity, they do a good job. My doggo always seems happy and well taken care of. Although I feel some things could be better here I still think they’re the best locally. 5 stars
