I had a wonderful experience with Nicoll. My cat and I are both very anxious creatures. His vet recommended a lion cut and Nicoll was very gentle with him and kind. she was also kind to me and reassuring. My kitty looks very handsome with his new haircut.

Just had my long hair cat in for grooming, he was covered in mats from neck to tail. I cannot recommend them higher. They did a fantastic job on him spending well over an hour on him. Even working on him with the power out by a battery light from home Depot they were able to get him groomed very gently and I was able to go in with him to help keep him calm. Family owned business, and very accommodating . I won't take my pets anywhere else but here for grooming and the price was extremely reasonable as well.👍👍

My, new to me, rescue dog would not allow touch to his paws, ears or teeth. He would lash out and nip whomever attempted to touch him. Nicole and Michael found a way to soothe him making it possible to have his nails cut. This was a major accomplishment that lead to changing my dog Charlie’s behavior entirely. Nicole and Michael are a great team. They’re kind, they’re patient and they’re compassionate. I’ll always be grateful for the impact and behavioral changes they’ve had on my dog Charlie.

We absolutely love this place! We bring our two dogs here for baths and grooming. They both leave looking, feeling, and smelling amazing. Nicoll is the best!!!
