Creative Critter Cuts

We were never happy here. My dog was never ready when promised. She would have the dog anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. Then you get to the door & still not done. We are so happy with our new dog groomer & no more problems.

Lisa is great! She’s a great dog person and I felt at complete ease leaving Roman with her! He came out happy and looking great! Great pricing too, highly recommend

IF YOUR DOG SHEDS GO SEE LISA!!! Lisa was amazing. If I could give more stars I would. I am very hesitant about anyone grooming my dogs because I have horror stories at the big department stores. Also, I am just a crazy protective dog mom. I have an elderly Yellow Lab and Pitbull mix. Both have had ACL surgery on one back leg so they need special attention during grooming appointments. Lisa treated them like they were her own. When I came to pick them up they both wanted to stay and hangout more. She took her time with each of them and it showed. My yellow lab sheds like no dog I have ever seen. I have had labs before and they only shed a fraction of what my current lab does. Every time I bring her to get groomed she would come home and shed more than ever. It was like the groomer just gave up on brushing her and just stirred all the hair up so it would all fall out when she came home. NOT LISA. My lab came home and she didn't shed for days. It was baffling. My whole family was so impressed. Not to mention I didn't even do a shedding treatment! This was Lisa's normal treatment!!! They were both silky smooth and happy little pups when they got home. Last thing she is the most affordable groomer I have ever been to and not to mention the best quality. I am now a loyal customer and will continue to see Lisa on a regular basis.

My grandfather and I showed up for my cats appointment and called her to let her know we were there and she didn’t write down the appointment so she didn’t remember. Unfortunately my cat had an accident in his carrier and she said it was fine. She said it should take two hours, when she called, we were told my cat “wouldn’t let her do anything”. She did not charge us at least but she could have called earlier to tell me, so I could clean my cat and his carrier sooner rather than later. Very disappointed due to the other reviews being good.
