Waggy Tails Dog Grooming

I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy, for over five years. To preface, I have never had a problem with his haircut or the way they treated my dog, he always came back clean and neat. The problem I have had with this place is the poor customer service. After five years, thousands of dollars, and being a loyal customer, I was “let go” and cancelled from returning to this grooming studio. The owner cited “differences in scheduling needs” as the reason for dropping me after so long. This place books several months out in advance and my dog was getting a haircut every six weeks on the dot, no exceptions. If you need flexibility in scheduling this is not the place for you. Loyal customers don’t mean much to this studio. Getting dropped after over five years was shocking and upsetting for me, and unfair to my dog. Also, they don’t comply with requests for haircuts, they just do what they want. I asked for him to be shaved short at the beginning of the summer since he swims and it gets knotted easily. After paying and returning to get my dog, I found him still fluffy. They simply just did what they wanted and not what I paid for. Do not recommend.

Yesterday was my dog's first spa day and we had a great experience! My pup is usually apprehensive about grooming, but I'm confident that those feelings will change after a few more visits to Waggy Tails. Kristen and her team are incredibly professional and hospitable. When I picked my dog up from her spa day, she was blissfully relaxed, and she looked and smelled fantastic. My dog and I are so happy we found Waggy Tails and we look forward to more luxurious spa days in the future!

Kristen and the staff are awesome. All three of our furry kids get groomed here. She takes great pride in doing an awesome job and making sure the dogs are happy and comfortable. She also posts pictures of the happy "kids" after their spa day. A+++

I am a first time dog mom and I was very nervous about bringing our 6mo old corgi to be groomed for the first time as she can be a bit nippy. Waggy Tails was absolutely wonderful with her and she came out looking and smelling great. We will absolutely be bringing her back.

Kristen and her team are FANTASTIC! They truly care about all the dogs they groom. The whole team treats all the dogs as if they were their own. They take the time to make their human clients and their dog clients feel at ease. All the dogs come out smelling and looking amazing! I recommend them to anyone looking for a dog groomer!
