Hi to all ..We have a 2 yr old G.S.who needed his nails to be trimmed, what a outstanding job performed ! Thanks so much..

I've never taken my dog to a groomer before due to her being a "nipper" and let me tell you... Kelsey was FANTASTIC! Not only did she get me in for an emergency nail clipping on black Friday with less than 24 hours notice, my dog came back with a pretty new bandana and smelling like pumpkin spice. 10/10 Kelsey will be doing her nails from now on, as well as any other grooming services I need for my current and future pets.

My dog has been notoriously impossible to groom, even the veterinarian suggested sedating her just to cut her nails. I've tried a lot of different places and have had no success. For the first time ever I we have had a completely successful grooming! They even managed to cut her nails, which is the hardest thing for my dog. She's a rescue with arthritis and she's a big girl so she can be quite a difficult client, but Endless Pawsabilties handled her beautifully. I truly cannot say enough good things, will definitely be back!

On our 3rd visit my dog Oliver's claws were trimmed so short that directly getting out of the car one of his nails cracked and started to bleed. While the company tried to make it right by doing our other dog's nails for free, it was still a little unsettling. I called on April 4th and made an appointment for today at 11am. Apparently they have another client with the same last name and cancelled my appointment when the other client booked their dog for 1pm today. I received no apology, and told that while they could take my dog at 11am that his grooming wouldn't start until 4pm. Needless to say, but I did not leave my dog there and will not be returning. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the quality of care. Anyone who is still their customer, I encourage you to only book appointments by Facebook messenger since the receptionist seems to be unreliable. Oh and a fun note is that the pictures posted on FB were taken without permission.
