Amazing experience for my older dog for his first grooming ever. Warm welcome from staff and happy dogs, lots of plants and natural light. Bob was totally at ease and when I returned he was literally smiling and frisky like he just had the best time. He’s super fluffy now and smells amazing! We will be back regularly! Thank you for having the ethical standards of veganism and environmentalism at the core of your animal service business 🙏🏽. Highly recommended!!!!
A lot of my clients bring their pets here and love it here. I recently started bringing my anxious little Yorkie here and Dani is so good with him. He's a big baby and is usually really squirmy, but she gives him a great cut. I highly recommend her!
Unfortunately, I've had very inconsistent experiences with green groomer smh. Most recently I was told that there was no appointment scheduled for my dogs even though i had proof that there was. The groomer patty then proceeded to gaslight me and was completely rude in her response even though I was the one being inconvenienced. Her responses to me were completely egregious and I can no longer reccomend this groomer as there hve been 1 too many negative experiences here. Screenshots will be posted for proof. *note- I understand that mistakes happen. What i don't understand or approve of is the irrational and unkind response is received from the employee.
All I have to say is WOW!!! Dani and Basil are extremely talented at what they do. Today I brought in my elderly dog for a haircut, and I was amazed by the results. They were so efficient, kind, and patient with my nervous and snappy dog. I will definitely be telling all of my friends to come here. THANK YOU!! 😊 Great location that is kept clean with kind and amazing staff. :) I am beyond thrilled.
