Nadia's Petcare

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a few weeks. We took our Coco to Nadia for the first time. Her place is small so she works on one dog at a time and she didn’t put her in a crate which was exactly what we were looking for!! Our baby gets nervous when we leave her and Nadia was great with her so sweet talking to her. Nadia text me updates on her and let me a few things she thought I should check with her Vet on. No other groomer in 6 years has ever told us anything informative. When I got there to pick her up, she had me take a look at her since it was Coco’s first time and wanted me to let her know if there’s anything I wanted to change. I just had her trim a little around her chin so it doesn’t get wet when she drinks water and she looked perfect🩷. I can honestly say she is the cutest ever! We can’t stop looking at her. It’s been three weeks and we still can’t stop, she looks so unbelievably adorable🩷🩷. Our only downfall is that we live in Somerville so that makes it a little bit of a drive with the traffic, but it is so worth it. Miss Coco will be seeing Nadia every month. I am so happy we found her!

I brought my brand new rescue to Nadia's Petcare and I am blown away by Nadia's work. This poor dog was so stinky, had the longest nails I've ever seen, had crusty ears, and was nervous to boot. She came back to me clean, soft, with perfectly trimmed nails, and an adorable bandana. I would highly recommend Nadia's Petcare for your dog grooming.

Nadia did a great job on my dog , very patient person. She took her time I love that, will definitely take my dog again !!

As you can see from the photos of my dogs, they looked like they didn’t have an owner lol! I’ve had some bad experiences at other groomers because my dogs are a bit anxious when getting a grooming. I started to wash and cut their hair at home myself because they were having such terrible experiences at every grooming place I went to. But it’s never the same cutting your own dogs hair at home then at an actual grooming service place. That’s when I discovered Nadia’s Petcare on Google. Just from reading the reviews I scheduled an appointment. She schedules a dog at a time so when you come in, the other dog is leaving. She also doesn’t put your pet in cages, she lets them roam which is a plus for my dogs because they get anxious easily. All I can say is, you can trust Nadia to take GREAT care of your pet and receive them back soooo cute! She understood that they were a bit anxious and made you feel so comfortable leaving them with her. She builds a connection from the start by asking for a picture and name of your pet. When I picked up both dogs, they were both so happy and the haircut to how the way they smelled….. AMAZING. I will be coming back now that I have someone I can trust and that my dogs can trust as well!!!! Thank you Nadia :)

This was the first time I took my Shih Tzu (Lola) to see Nadia, and I was very impressed and happy with the results. One Nadaia responded so quickly and was accommodating regarding time. She also used an online booking system (Square Go), which is user-friendly for booking appointments and gives notifications reminding you of your appointments. Second, the establishment was very nice and welcoming. Third, Nadia was very sweet and attentive to Lola. She asked for my input and ensured Lola and I were at ease. I highly recommend bringing your fury babies to her and her team. Lola will most certainly be returning to Nadia's Petcare.
