I needed a new groomer after a move to the area. My elderly and reactive dog has done great there. They always make sure she's kept separate and provide barriers when needed. Lucy is always happy to go and she comes home sparkling clean with a great trim. The office has been easy to work with and prices are typical for the job done. I would be happy to recommend.

Have been with Paper City since they opened. Elaina is so caring about her business. Our dog sees Kirsten and she does an amazing job.

Kiersten does a great job taking care of our Nala. We really appreciate how they keep us notified of when to pick her up. It's been two years and we hope for many more

We took our 12-year-old rescue hound in for a much needed grooming and the staff was amazing! Our guy can be very sensitive about how he’s handled and can be quick to let individuals know this. The staff at papercity paw spa did not let his exaggerated responses to his care prevent them fro doing a very thorough job, while also making him feel comfortable and calm. It’s very comforting knowing we have a place to bring him that will take such good care of him and help us be the best pet owners we can be. Thank you so much!
