I have been taking our Berta there for grooming over a year now They ask and listen to what you want for your pet. Berta usually looks beautiful after she is groomed. This last time they put the custest collar on her that had 3 decorative flowers on it. Berta is 14 and they are gentle with her. They are busy so you can't get quick appointments. I now make my monthly appointments by the year to ensure I can get an appointment every month for Berta

I brought my dog here because of the great reviews, but they ruined his fur. I don’t know if it will ever grow back the same honestly. I asked them to keep it long if possible, but I said I understood if they needed to cut down extra on some spots where he had some matting. The groomer agreed he would need extra taken off his legs. But, this is what he looked like when we picked him up. We didn’t even know it was our dog. And, they had the nerve to charge us extra for this saying that it was a lot of work! I don’t understand what happened

This place is the best!! The staff are so kind, compassionate, and professional! Our Waffles loves her annual lion cut during the summer time, and she greatly appreciates their services and care with her❤
