Brenda is our favorite groomer! Below the first picture is before and the next 3 are after shots. My dog is extremely hard to groom and was pretty matted (my own fault). Brenda is so gentle and patient with my little guy! She’s been grooming him since he was a puppy. She is fairly priced and her work speaks for itself. Her products are wonderful, my dog smells and feels great for days! His hair is always silky soft when he leaves. I trust her immensely and we always have a laugh when I stop by. She is very educational and sets your dog up for success! If I could leave ten stars I would. She’s worth every penny!
Chloé is thename of my Westie dog. I visit a different Groomer locatios in Cambridge, Medford & Everett. Chloé met Brend by luck, and since that day, she has been grooming Chloé for >3 years. She is an artist, and her dogs clients adore her ❤️ she looks after and loves each of them. Brenda is the best 👌 therefore I I award her with more than 5 stars. I find ridiculous that some people ca write a negative review without having ever used "Untangled Tail" service's. When you take your dog to this Groomer, you will agree with my review.
Brenda is the best and so kind to our little old lady pup. She is the only groomer our dog has ever felt comfortable going to without anxiety. She is super thorough, and Bella always looks (and smells!) like a dream🐾
We finally found a good groomer in the Boston area! If you are looking for a small dog groomer this place is awesome! The owner did a great job and was able to fix the choppiness from the last place we went to!
Brenda is the BOMB!!! My sister and I both go to Brenda to get our pups (a mini golden doodle and a maltipoo)groomed and we could not be happier! I also want to address the one star comment of the woman claiming Brenda called the police on her because she’s a woman of color. My sister and I are both women of color, and Brenda has never treated us differently. We have so much love for brenda! She truly is amazing with our pups and I think her work speaks for itself (see pics for cuteness) Thank you Brenda for being the best!
