Met Joni 7yrs ago and she has been my groomer since. Incredibly friendly, and a skilled professional groomer. I’ve never had anything but a great experience. She can groom to individual breed standard if requested which is very hard to find. I’ve recommended many people to her and everyone has become her faithful customer. I own a Shihtzu dog , Joan always clips the claws, cleans and cuts inside the ears and, is extremely careful around the eyes. My little Krissy has never been snipped, poked or cut in the 7yrs she’s been with Joni so, I don’t know who these couple of people are who give such terrible reviews. It’s simply not true IMO. Everyone I’ve sent to Joan has thanked me on multiple occasions. She is highly recommended and trustworthy! Signed Krissys Pop. East Boston.

I highly recommend her. My dog has anxiety and Joan and team are great. Now she loves going there. I drive from woburn just to go there.

Taco (Australian Cobberdog/ Labradoodle) loves Joan! She is great and have been using her services for over 1.5 years now. Not only a great groomer but great pricing. They listen to the asks / specifics and in the many many grooms, only once was Taco’s groom shorter than what we asked (happens to all groomers). That’s why Taco always comes back and is happy to go to see Joan. Oh they also give them awesome bandanas!
