Mutt Cuts

I no longer live in chicopee ma, but anytime my dogs need kenneling, I make that 2 1/2 hr drive to Mutt Cuts. It's worth the drive. My dogs love it, and prior to me moving, my oldest dog had been going there for 6 years...so they are like family to me. I know that my guys are in good hands when they are there. The price is very reasonable. I've yet to find any other kennel with comparable prices.

Our Rottweiler Diesel at 7 months old had behavior training at their Program 7 years ago .Great place we are glad we did.

My grandmother has taken her poodle to Mutt Cutts for 7 years. She is not well so myself and the family help care for her dog Tory. Tory went to Mutt Cutts for his grooming as usual. We normally pay when he is dropped off since someone else picks him up. This time we forgot. I went to pick up Tory, not only did I wait 20 minutes to find someone to find Tory bc I did not see him, they also cut a pinky size portion of his ear off. After another 20 minutes the groomer could not stop the bleeding. Then brought to my attention the grooming fee. Once I explained normally he's paid for in advance and I did not have the money to pay for him I asked if I could have someone come back first thing in the morning (this is at 6pm). I was told no and to leave him and come back after I get money. Then he ironically asks how my grandmother is since she has been sick. After another hour or so of this ordeal my grandmother finally gets him on the phone and he agrees to let us pay in the morning. Bad customer service along with harming my dog. Wow.

i cant believe this place, from what i’ve been told there is under the table pay, use of illegal shock collars on dogs, The staff is very kind and friendly but besides that this place is shady. Would not recommend as dogs get yelled at often. i am shocked the police nearby this facility had not investigated yet.

Not quite what I wanted but they are very nice and Finn smelled great.
