The Pet Agree Grooming

This was my 1st time here, and I am so grateful that you were able to take my dog in for a nail trim today. Dom is the best groomer I've used in the 13 years I've been the owner of my 15 year old English Cocker Spaniel, Jasper. He always takes his time to make sure Jasper comes out perfect. Jasper looks better than he ever has, like a puppy again!

Not the most friendly and welcoming/ understanding environment for new clients. the Work is great but the owner of the establishment is very short temptered and isn’t very accommodating & understanding when it comes rescheduling and dog conditions. i was recommended to him by a friend who gets his dog groomed by him very often. my first experience wasn’t the best, i got up charged way more than my friend gets charge, while he has a standard goldendoodle & i have a mini golden doodle that isnt even half his size. i understood maybe it was because he was matted. i told the groomer he can cut him low as possible so it isnt too difficult because i know it was my fault because of how much i’ve traveled with my dog and couldn’t make him to a shop. i allowed the up charge because i understood the matt of my dog. but after being informed from who referred me, i was notified that his price never changed with him even when his standard (which is way bigger than a mini) golden doodle was matted. after a few months of being back in the area again i decided to reach out and was willing to pay even though i know i probably going to pay more than my friend. the groomer didn’t seem like he really wanted to work on my dog again ( even though my dog is well behaved and very comfortable at a groomers) & isnt matted at all. when we had an appointment scheduled i realized 4 days before that i overbooked my schedule. i was trying to switch the date but he was being very short and extremely passive with me and seemed annoyed about the reschedule. he had announced to me that’ll it be a charge for rescheduling as well even with a 4 day advance when most establishments it’s a 48 hour notice for any service. i will not recommend this establishment since he is extremely selective on what kind of people he does groomings for.

Top notch! Awesome to deal with, awesome with my pet, I can’t recommend this place enough. He sent photos of my cat after her bath. It’s the little things that show when someone cares.

Always a 5 star experience at The Pet Agree grooming. I bring my Yorkie, a rescue with a great deal of anxiety, who comes out happy and looking fantastic! The Pet Agree is always consistent, giving Charlie the exact shave he needs for the season and making him look his very best! You get much more services for your money here, a full grooming cost me what a basic haircut -no bath, no nails, no nothing- costs at other groomers. Above all, Charlie’s needs and anxiety are *always* considered and I get a text 30 minutes before he should be done so he doesn’t have to be crated long. I very much appreciate how my dog is truly cared for here and I would never bring him anywhere else!! I also brought my mom’s cat here before the cat passed away. She was very old and fragile, and other groomers have cut/nicked her and made her bleed. The Pet Agree did a perfect job on her as well and she was clearly handled with care and gently as well.
