Wasn’t going to do this but since they refuse to fix the situation, DO NOT use them especially if you want your shih tzu to continue to look like a shih tzu 🥴 absolutely unacceptable and they know they messed up. They called me not even 2 minutes after I dropped them off to ask if the could “trim” up his tail and ears bc they claimed he was “matted” he was NOT that matted to completely shave his ears and tail off…he can’t even walk straight now bc of how badly they cut his tail! They also chopped up the rest of his fur around his body. I could have done a better job and I’m not a “trained professional”! Sad thing is, we always leave a very generous tip when they’re done and have used them several other times and they know how we liked them groomed so idk why they thought this was even remotely acceptable. Idk if it was laziness or pure ignorance but it is NOT okay. I pay more for my dogs to get groomed than my own haircut.

Very nice and sweet people that work there. The place is clean and smells nice to. I have an English Mastiff puppy, and they always take good care of her, and she loves it there. She has been twice, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Friendly and accommodating staff. My dog is always ready within an hour and always looks quite handsome after his appointment.

I love this place! I have a golden doodle who loves to play outside so when we bring him in he is almost always matted and dirty!! They usually only take about 2 hours which compared to 8 hours from another groomer in Zachary that we have tried. The places smells good, it’s clean, and they usually call you to let u know if someone has cancelled in case u want an earlier appointment. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could
