Love the service here! LeShae always helps me out with what I need for my dog. She is considerate of his needs and is knowledgeable on products that would or wouldn't help him. Every time I go in store, I know my dog's well being is in good hands especially with her there! 10/10 recommend. ☺️

First time visiting the store ànd person who works there never greeted us when we walked in. I asked if they had any female guppies and she says I wouldn't know the difference and kept walking like she couldn't be bothered nor get anyone who could assist me. Dead fish in tanks. Won't be going back. Definatly like PetSmart better at least they aren't rude

We adopted this cat a couple days ago and she’s already starting to show her personality and warm up to the family. The employees were all really nice and helpful the entire time we were there. I hope they read their reviews and see how well Muffin is doing.

Had my toy poodle groomed here, and the groomer basically told me instead of finishing his brushing she went ahead and started him over with less than 1 inch of hair. Highly upset, and do not plan to use again.
