A Cuddly Cut Grooming

I called yesterday to bring my dog in for a maintenance groom. And I was told to bring him in 7:30am-9:30am. The earlier, the quicker he gets out. I get up there at 7:42 and sit till 8:30 and no one ever showed. The building looked abandoned and had dog hair all over the floor. There were spiderweb and inches of dust all over the place. There were 9 "kennels". Nails sticking out all over the place. And the doors of the wooden "kennel like things" were falling off and looked like jail bars on the doors. I can't say anything for the mobile part of the business because it had a 2-3 month wait and my dog needed to be done asap. I see good reviews and I'm assuming it's for the mobile part because the salon was horrible and do not feel safe sending my dog near them.
