I usually am not one to write a review but to say the least I wouldn’t get my dogs hair cut here if it was free. The owner is a very nice woman and tried to fix the hair cut that one of the workers did on my dog. She couldn’t fix it. It wasn’t what I asked for to begin with. I asked for them not to use clippers just scissors because she only needed a trim. We prefer a longer coat on our dog. She is now short. Her legs and face are noticeably choppy. Her mussel isn’t close to being even. Honestly just a disappointing experience over all. This is the first and last time I will be using their service.

I have used Pooch Salon for many years, Babbette has always been very friendly and personable. She is an excellent groomer. However she has beginners she “trains” working for her that don’t do such a great job. I have repeatedly asked HER to be the only one to groom my pets. She has a full time job besides grooming dogs. I offered to wait for her when she could do their groom. After being disappointed too many times I am leaving.

Exceptional. Very kind and thoughtful people. They did an awesome job. My sweet schnauzer looked beautiful. I really liked the place. I've had several terrible experiences in the past. 8m so grateful to have found them. Thanks to all that work there. I will spread the word!

Wow! The service was great! We brought out pekingese there and he left looking like a teddy bear. They took their time are are very affordable. We will bring him back for sure. Thank you so much to The Pooch Salon!
