Walmart Supercenter

Not sure why Walmart workers are so lazy but these 2 ladies in self check out shut down a register because a customer spilled a drink and they didn’t want to clean it up. During mid day on a Sunday lines are already packed while they just stand around gossiping about other workers, just don’t understand how these people get hired or can keep a job.

I am so thankful for delivery options. I had an instance a while back where I bought a lot of items, and I was checked out by a cashier, not self-check out. I parked in the back near automotive so I left the register after checking out and was walking by the greeter to get to my car, and the greeter said to me "where do you think you are going"? I couldn't believe she was speaking to me as if I were a child. She asked to see my receipt which I showed her and told her that my car was in the back by automotive. She checked my receipt and let me go. I thought her approach was terrible and so I called and spoke to the manger. He actually defended her. My issue was not that she checked my receipt even though I don't appreciate being treated as if I were a thief, but it was the way that she spoke to me. Although this was a while back, it still bothers me and I almost never go in the store now that there are pick up and delivery options. Stores really need to do better with ensuring good customer service. If an employee makes me too uncomfortable in one episode or there is repeated bad customer service, I stop feeling comfortable going to that store.

I have went to this Walmart for years then I moved way out so I’m not close to this store but I have to come to this store once a month to pick up my prescriptions. I got to know the workers at this store and never had a problem before but now they have new workers and I have so many problems at this store now every time I go. That’s why I don’t go there as much even when I’m in the area.

I called and called and NOT ONE PERSON ASWERED, then I tried auto and the man answered, Mr James very nice man, I asked about some deer protein pellets, this man took my name and number and said when he got through with his customer he would go check and would call me back, he didn’t have to but he did, and let me know they had some, I want to give the biggest shout out and praise for his help, he is truly the best employee you have, THANK YOU MR JAMES

if you want them to cancel your daughter's birthday cake 2 hours before her party with no phone call or any explanation then I highly recommend them!
