The other day we stopped by to exchange and item we bought for a smaller one. Plus was spending god knows how much extra. But being as though we miss placed receipt and the rudest employee by the name of Tamera, Treated us with upmost disrespect. Mind you this product was never used,still in original packaging and size was the only issue here. Miss tamara screamed accords the store about her disapproval of the transaction would not even come to the counter to see the issue. Embarrassing we will never step foot into another tractor supply again. That’s a fact! this woman has no customer service skills whatsoever! There is no way we are the only people she has treated poorly. And she will continue to lose business. Definitely go somewhere else

I will never come to this location again. I was here at 5:30ish 12/10/24 begging someone to help me. I was needing a certain product in the animal care section. I finally just walked out the door. Some of your employees on phones or too busy playing in the aisles. Looks like wasted wages to me.

I drive from Blanchard to visit this location while passing nearby locations because good service I received in the pass. Today, as I were coming in to shop, I have never seen a manager talk to a customer the way this manager did in front of other customers. Even if her decision was no, she could have talked to him with a better voice tone and attitude. She made it clear after the customer asked for a manager she replied," I'm the manager end of story". She went word to word with the customer and I had never seen a Tractor supply manager act like that before. The time was about 4-4:25. I walked out and do not plan to return.

We visited Tractor Supply for the first time since moving here from out of state. What a huge and interesting selection of items! I came in to purchase some hay to put in containers to help out the feral cats this winter and they had a good selection at decent prices. Oh and the cute candy section! I do feel that many of the items are overpriced. I would have purchased more items but I’m on a tight budget being a senior. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

This store is an absolute disgrace to all of the Tractor Supply Company locations everywhere. After shopping there regularly since the store opened, it has gotten to the point where there is zero chance that I will cross their threshold again (and I will shop less at any TSC). I may go to the one in the next town, but only if everywhere else is out of stock for an item I need. A businees that could have added value to the community instead has devolved into barely more than a black mark. Such a shame.
