Brandi did such a wonderful job with my 4 month old poodle mix! It was her first grooming appointment and we’re so pleased with how it turned out. She’s a wiggly little girl and I’m super impressed with what they were able to accomplish with her. We’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely had to leave a review for these wonderful ladies. This was my pomeranian's first haircut, and I could not have found a better more animal loving, and compassionate place to take him. I have been to many groomers in Shreveport, and have been scared to leave them with some or highly disappointed to say the least. Your dog always let's you know what's up. This is the best place in Shreveport, and my gratitude and thanks goes out to these ladies! I am a loyal customer from this point on!

Ziggy is such a big fan of the pink poodle! They do an absolute amazing job EVERYTIME! you know that treat your babies with love and care with the amount of excitement he has when we pull into the parking lot! If you’re looking for a groomer. This is where you should go!

Alexis is wonderful! We have a senior Havanese that has health issues including seizures so finding a good groomer can be a challenge. But here she is always taken care of and comes back looking like a teddy bear and smelling great. We wouldn’t take her anywhere else!

Update: There was not a date given to me as I took every picture. A day of the week was given (Wednesday) without a time and location. I tried to make an appointment and did exactly what was asked of me to do. You failed at responding with a time and location. Messenger was an excuse as to why you didn’t respond. Messenger conveniently quit working? I updated the review today to take out my phone number. I actually left it Oct 24th. The reply that I got was at 6:57 PM when you were closed. I will include the last picture of the reply at 6:57 saying you can pretty much do anything and still didn’t give me a time or location. With messaging, you have it in writing and have proof. If I would’ve called, I would more than likely have gotten a voicemail and then it would be he said she said back-and-forth. If I had a date, time and location, I would have been there and came to an appointment. Hopefully, in the future people will be able to make an appointment for their precious fur babies because your work is actually really good. I have since then been blocked from this business on facebook I guess for leaving a review for their lack of communication. This is the hardest place to get an appointment for hair color for two dogs. I’ve messaged their Facebook page on messenger twice and then waited for a reply to my message asking where the location was and didn’t receive an appointment time. I commented on a post and the response I got was “we just now found out that messages weren't going out to send a text to the Bossier location.” So I’ve texted and the messages were read (you can see on the last picture what time it was read) and STILL can’t get an appointment.
