They did a fantastic job on a full groom for my 68 lb flat coated retriever ♡

If I could rate negative stars, I would. My dog came back acting like she's been abused. She acted like she was scared and hurt when she got picked up. So we attempted to take her to another pet groomer and she's trying to bite and won't let anyone touch her at the new groomers and she's been groomed since she was a small puppy. I hate to know other potential abuse is happening to other dogs. Do not take your dogs here. Period!

Friendly staff that is great with my dogs. They always do a terrific job at a fair price.

Got both dogs back traumatized. Our puppy that this was his first hair cut has trauma to his eye. Can’t open it and it’s blood shot. Our other dog that is only 5 lbs was apparently gashed with scissors on his leg and looks like they got a piece of skin. He was bleeding. Will NEVER take my dogs back. They also had the never to tell my husband our puppy needed training and he got in trouble by them and he learned real quick he wasn’t the boss!!! Ummmmm what???!!!! He’s a puppy and this was his first time to be dropped off for a haircut and with people he doesn’t know. The experience should be a loving environment. If it wasn’t then I’m sure he was scared!

If I could have I would have given them 0 stars because nearly two years ago they injured my dog and two days later he was acting weird and got worse . None should have to go through what me and me my family went through. It’s been very hard . I wouldn’t recommend taking your pet there period.
