I absolutely advise against having your dog groomed by Luckys. My Pyr was brutalized. His regular groomer was not available so I brought him to Luckys. Not only did these burn spots show up within 24hrs of wash he had painful difficulty walking on his pads for days. When I showed the owner the spots she blew it off as him being sensitive. In three years of grooming and living in humidity he has never had a hot spot etc. They didn’t clean the tools, wash out the shampoo and aggressively raked the fur. Emergency trip to the vet was needed and they confirmed the above mistreatment.
The groomers here are so friendly and seem to really love their job. They don't kennel the pooches unless they are forced into it. So as long as your baby is friendly they can stay out and play with other friendly pooches! Our girl was smelling so GOOD!! We definitely highly recommend Luckys!!!!!
This place is lovely and very fairly priced for the work they do. I had a last minute trip come up and they got my dog in day off anyways. They treat your pet like their own. Will be returning!
I've always loved Luckys. But I haven't been for awhile because my babies I took went to heaven. So I took my Grandpuppy "Whiskey" and He looks Marvelous. Jenny's Awesome. The whole team gets an At.
I must express my deep dissatisfaction with awarding this establishment a mere two-star rating. It is essential for anyone contemplating a visit to exercise caution regarding the pricing structure and the services provided. Evidently, each staff member offers different price quotes and conflicting information about what is included in the packages. Moreover, the absence of an official price menu displayed in advance leaves customers in the dark about their total expenses until the very end. This lack of transparency can easily lead to customers being overcharged if they are not vigilant. During my recent experience, I was utterly taken aback by the exorbitant bill I received, totaling over $200. It was only after contesting this amount that the owner provided a revised receipt, reducing the cost to $173. Additionally, one of my pets returned looking somewhat improved, but with a disappointingly botched face grooming. The inconsistencies in the breakdown of expenses and the discrepancies between the receipts and my bank statements were glaring warning signs that I regrettably failed to heed from the beginning. Given these circumstances, I find it impossible to recommend this establishment to others. The exorbitant cost of $98 for one dog, and an additional $54 each for my other dogs, merely for a basic wash, nail clipping, and potentially teeth brushing, was simply unjustifiable. I could discern no noticeable difference in their breath, making the expense even more unreasonable. Furthermore, there were other minor issues that left me unsatisfied. It is disheartening to witness a business that prioritizes profit over providing a satisfactory service, particularly in today's challenging economic climate. Their apparent indifference to customer feedback and criticism speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and professionalism.
