Camp Bow Wow

I love being able to watch Lucy while she’s in the play yard! The constant supervision of the pups while there allows us to enjoy a worry-free trip. Lucy goes to Kristan regularly for grooming. She always looks great and happy when I pick her up. I know she is treated gently and kindly because when I tell her she’s going to get a bath, she is ready to jump in the car!! (When she was groomed somewhere else few years ago, she would hide under a chair when I said “bath time”.) Front desk and Ashley are always helpful and professional. Very pleased with Camp Bow Wow!

Love Camp Bow Wow! My pup has been going for a while and he never gets tired of me asking him if he wants to go ‘play with his friends at camp’! The people are so sweet and personable!

I wouldn’t trust my little guy anywhere else when it comes to his grooming needs and care. I know he is well cared for and happy to be there. Everyone is so kind and truly has a love for pets. Cooper is an extremely nervous little guy and has separation anxiety when away from his family. He doesn’t have any problems being away from us when he goes to Camp Bow Wow and that is a true sign of security for him and us. Thank you Camp Bow Wow Team!

This location is terrible with communicating which is a shame as we have had no issues at other locations outside the state. We were charged for bath but they gave bath to dog so early in day she smelt terrible by time we picked up again. We had to redo bath at our house. Reached out after to discuss but did not come to resolution. To the reply- it is under Reese C and we talked back in July when we picked her up. We even said we’d never board there again as a result of the complaint that we still got called to pay for a week after the fact. Writing review as we have had vastly different positive experience at other boarder in town and want to caution people as we head into the holiday travel season.

I take my dog to get her hair groomed and does a wonderful job. My dog also stays for boarding from time to time and I know she is always taken care of.
