Rude!!! Always, never fails... Got a text that I had a prescription ready for pick up. Fiancée picked it up and used fast pay due to my card on file it was a medicine from my previous Dr who passed away that I no longer take and cost $89.Never even opened the bag and was told no refund on any medication 🤬🤬🤬. NEVER AGAIN. They are the worst!!! AND NEVER HAVE ANYTHING MEDICATION IN STOCK!!!!!!

The pharmacy has the worst group of people I’ve ever seen. They have no moral compass when it comes to helping patients get their meds. They just canceled or didn’t fill my scripts because and I quote “we didn’t think you could afford the $750 medicine so we didn’t fill it “ And never called to even tell me. My head is not understanding how they can be so rude and disrespectful on the phone and in person and yet no one is doing anything to fix it. Absolutely disgusting people. I would rather experience all my symptoms of not taking my meds than fill at this place again.

Got a text saying my prescription was ready, I go to pick up and they say they're still waiting on approval. This has happened multiple times. When I explained to the pharmacist how much of an inconvenience this has been for me everytime I go to this location she started to get an attitude with me and told me to call my doctor. As a paying customer I am highly disastisfied with the customer service skills within your pharmacy department, and the length of time to pick up a prescription through a drive through is absolutely ridiculous.
