The first visit was great. The latest visit, I was overcharged, and when I called to ask about the cost, I was told the daily fee and "don't forget it." The woman made me feel terrible for asking a simple question. Something definitely changed with the customer service since the last visit. For the cost and poor customer service, I'll take my dogs elsewhere and "forget" it! You know what they say, people may forget what you say, but they don't forget how you made them feel.

I am not sure who was the girl that did this, but my mom and I came in yesterday (Friday, 11/8/24) with our two beagles. We brought them in for a nail trim, and when she took our second dog, she wasn’t gentle with her at all, she didn’t hook the dog to anything while cutting her nails like she did with our first dog, my mom told her to be careful with her legs because she’s got arthritis, and my dog was clearly uncomfortable and trying to squirm away from her because the girl was bending the dog’s legs and pressing down on her legs, I would squirm away too if I was a dog and my legs were getting crushed by a careless person. She was classless and careless. She barely talked the whole time if and when we said anything. If you want business, communicate and talk to people, and do not be rude! That is actually how she was; rude, classless, and with bad attitude! When my mom warned her to be careful with the dogs legs, she didn’t stop, she continued with the same treatment, ignored my mom’s suggestion, but she clearly didn’t care or pay attention either because she had AirPods in her ear, which she later claimed she didn’t have music on but yet she kept looking on her phone periodically. The other three ladies that were there didn’t even see she was doing anything wrong because they were busy on their phones too. Then, when she handed us each dog, it was like she wanted to just let go and drop the dogs before I even got a grip on them. Once it was time to pay, she barely spoke up and mumbled “just 30”, and she shoved the electronic device used for when people pay with cards, towards my mom like she was pissed. Later, my mom had called the business to complain about this woman’s behavior and the owner, Megan, answered the phone but put her on the phone with the woman my mom called to complain about! She wanted to claim that she wasn’t listening to music on her AirPods or using them at all, when we literally saw her, and that she needed them for “noise cancelling”, she also kept tapping and looking down on her phone. She also said “I didn’t bend your dogs leg”, when we clearly saw it happening! I have NEVER seen anyone “need” AirPods while they’re working with dogs. If you care about dogs so much, you don’t need AirPods while working with them. You can survive without AirPods, trust me. This was a horrible experience with a woman with poor, negative, rude energy, and filled with unprofessionalism. My last tip to her or whoever is seeing this, if you do not want to interact/talk to people, do not work there! Because that’s not what true, good customer service is about. We decided to not come here anymore in the future but I am so glad about it, considering her horrible attitude and wanting to start a fight with my mom over the phone later even though my mom was telling her she shouldn’t have the AirPods in while she was working and she was mistreating our dogs.

The ladies at the front were AMAZING. My puppies were very well taken care of, they were shaved just like I asked. The ladies were extremely patient with my babies (they were really matted) best place ever, definetly will be coming back.

Not very pleased. Went to this groomer two different times, First time was to groom just the Golden. She came home with fleas. Thinking nothing about it because that can happen coming from where mixed pets go. My chihuahua also got them from the Golden. After lots of money spent and timeless amounts of combing both to rid them of the fleas, we finally gained control and both my dogs were flea free. Last week I sent both back to this groomer for grooming. The 4 pound, 1 year old chihuahua needed her nails trimmed badly. But it was only $20 to trim nails and also bathe her. So that’s what I asked for. The Golden was bathed. Her nails stay short because she runs a lot on pavement. My Chihuahua came home without her nails done because they said she was too afraid and they didn’t want her spooked. I was upset because I can bathe (and do bathe) her myself. I needed her nails done mainly. Other groomers have done her nails before. This groomer is more local to me. On top of that, both dogs have fleas again. I am VERY frustrated at this point. The $20 grooming for the Chihuahua ended up not being the only cost due to I had to get her nails done somewhere else and now I am back to flea control. Both dogs are on flea and tick pill monthly. But that does not prevent them from catching fleas. Just so upset.

Groomers and staff were very patient with my new pup during her first grooming appointment. This was also my first. The staff explained to me my options and I felt confident she was in great hands!
