They took such amazing care of our Booker!! Their location is lovely in a quiet street surrounded by trees, and inside is so quaintly decorated making you feel like your pup is at home the minute you walk through the door. Which totally helps to ease that separation anxiety for both of you! Our pup was curious so they literally gave him a tour of the place, allowing him to sniff it out and get a feel for it, again helping to ease everyone's mind. Wonderful staff, affordable pricing and quality care for your fur babies whenever you need! Only place me and my extended family members will ever trust to keep our pups!

Brought my duck dog in “goldendoodle”for a trim around the face, butt, and feet. They shaved my hunting dog to then skin completely ruining the duck season for him it takes him around 3 months to grow his hair back in time for duck season. He has no winter coat at allll nothing to keep him warm and he will have to sit out the entire duck season because of this. My dog was there for 10 hours and the rushed and cut him after the business hours and completely ruined it!!!!! I can’t even breathe I’m so dang upset!!!! Never ever ever bring your dog here for any reason!!!!!! They said he had a few ticks on him, he has meds I give him that kill ticks when they latch on. End of story they did not follow simple instructions taking it upon themselves. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it was after the season/winter time, but this was done completely brainless. Please I repeat do not bring your dog here. They charged me fiancé 90 dollars for something my 5 year old could have done!!! They left little patches of hair all over him it looks horrible!!!!! He is 9 months old and has been in training since 8 weeks and is a badass retriever with great potential who will now this will set the my hunting pups progress back, because it would be unethical for me to bring him hunting with no way to keep warm! They are lucky my fiancé is non Confrontational she called me crying when she picked him up!!!!

They are all so wonderful! I have had my two dogs boarded there for a few years now and recently adopted a Bernedoodle that needs constant grooming and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! 10/10 recommend checking it out!

I boarded my cats and dogs here for a week long vacation. The staff was great and stayed in contact with me bc my dog was nervous and wouldn't eat. I don't think they could have done anything better.

September 11, 2022 Since the righting of this review, I have adopted a female Labrahoula puppy. It has been many years since I have used their grooming services. They always groomed my precious Lucky, a Welsh Springer spaniel and they always did an absolute, superb job! They were great! He died in 2017, at the ripe old age of 18! Some months before he passed, I placed an ad there, for a large, female dog, that needed a fantastic home. I knew my Lucky was fading and I couldn't stand the thought of being without a companion and guardian as well. Eight months after doing so, I got a call one morning from them, saying, a lady just called about re-homing a female Rottweiler. Well, that wasn't exactly what I had in mind but thank God, I didn't turn her down!! Her name was Sabbath and she had wandered into a church in north Louisiana on a Sunday and the congregation named her Sabbath! She was the most wonderful dog that God ever breathed the breadth of life into!💜 She loved my kids and would have given her life to save ours! She had one eye and was about 2 years old, maybe 3 and had, had puppies once. That very first night, I had a prowler and with that typical Rottweiler bark/howl, she ran them off! She knew she was home! I wrote a story about her and entitled it ' The Holy Rottweiler '! She was my baby girl! Last year, after having eyelid surgery to remove two tumors, a month later, she contracted Addison's disease. That's a disease of the adrenal gland. Plus, she developed that Rottweiler hip disease and could no longer stand. She died 8 months later, of a massive coronary, she was 8 years old. I once again called Bark Avenue, to place another ad. They found my wonderful Sabbie and I truly hope, this wonderful place, can find me another baby girl! 😒💙
