Experience was great! My dog took to the groomer, Lionisha, right away. He wasn’t nervous and jittery when I picked him up.

I was a little taken back at first because one of the groomers was a little stand offish. Her attitude felt cold. My dog was beautifully groomed and she had a better attitude after. I'm guessing she was having a bad day. The other groomer was very friendly and did an awesome job giving my dog a bath. The store staff was amazing as usual.

Me. Jernice is the absolute best groomer I’ve ever had. She is thorough and caring. She treats my fur baby like she is her own. We travel a very long distance to have our baby groomed by Ms. Jernice, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
