The guy with the glasses working behind the counter was rude and lacks some serious customer service skills. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or just a worker but his personality sucks. I was asking him some questions and he was very cut and dry and seemed bothered. As another reviewer said, find a new job if you hate yours. Customers don’t need to be dealing with your bs. The extra star is for the baked treats in the store which are actually good, but they still don’t make up for the experience.

We went today (12-14-24) and the guy working there was rude and had attitude with me and my husband, if you don't like your job, get a new one. We went once before about a year ago and there was a lady working and she was very kind and helpful. I do recommend this place, hopefully that guy won't be working there.

PETCETERA HAS SCREWED THE POOCH. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE. Had a confirmed grooming appointment at 9:45 this morning. Showed up on time. NO ONE WAS THERE, EVEN AFTER STORE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN. I rang the doorbell many times (ring camera, so someone was alerted beyond the sound of the bell), called many times, walked around back, and no one came to the door. I waited for 30 minutes, then left. Someone called me over an hour later to tell me that the groomer was there but wears earphones and doesn’t answer the door. Basically saying it was my fault. These people wasted my time and blamed me for them not being there. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME WITH NO APOLOGIES.

If I could give no stars I would! The customer service at this place is non existent! Whoever the man behind the counter was one of the rudest sales people I have ever met! My husband and I were spending the afternoon walking along Magazine. We stopped in to get our dog a little treat, this man could have cared less and made us wait while he cleared his paper off the counter. RUDE! I will never spend another dime in that store and will tell my friends uptown to avoid it as well!

Amazing local spot with all types of treats (to eat and play with) for your your furry friends. Clothing section was absolutely amazing. Cookies appeared to be good enough for human consumption. Lovely establishment with friendly staff
