I didn't get what I'd arranged for. It's as simple as: you order a large pizza and they deliver a small, but it turns out they only charged for a small, so your supposed to be fine with that. The private room I booked was $70 because I wanted a room with a camera to see my dog from my phone. That camera had a big blind spot. I checked 6 times throughout the night and saw only his tail. I was told I could pick him up the next day until 7pm. I checked the camera in the morning and he wasn't in there at all. The room had been cleaned, his items were gone. They had bathed him as requested, then placed him in a separate temporary room without his stuff. I came soon after his bath at around noon, but had I been delayed he would be in a different room than I had reserved for several hours. That's not what I paid for. But it turns out they'd charged me slightly less, $58, for a smaller room anyway, so I'm supposed to be okay with not getting what I'd thought was agreed upon. When I walked him out he immediately had a lengthy pee and a huge bm, so I'm not thinking he had adequate potty time.
I’ve left a few reviews for other boarding facilities, and I must say that this one had it together. We were able to book a separate room in which both of our dogs could sleep together every evening. The web cameras work well and we could view our dogs in their private room or in the general area at any time. We requested grooming during at the end of the stay and it was fantastic to receive two very clean dogs when we picked them up after five days. Drop off and pick up where easy too.
My dog has been groomed here several times and each visit has been a positive experience. He loves seeing the staff and just lights up. They do a great job getting all his loose fur off and trimming his nails. Highly recommend.
Can't say enough great things about this place. The entire staff seems to genuinely love animals and their job! We trust leaving our dogs here for daycare and for boarding. Not sure you could ask for a better day are and boarding facility. And pricing is fair!
Asks for instructions, disregards instructions, avoids your phone calls when you call them out on it. It’s a bowl of kibble and a bowl of water, not a rocket launch. What do we see pictured?? I’m horrified this place is in business and I left my dog with these people. You don’t think the dog needs to eat, but people should trust you with their dogs?
