Kims Professional Dog Grooming

I didn't get to use her since I needed mobile servicing. But the customer service she gave was above and beyond. She responded very quickly and took time to help me with the journey of helping my Grandma who lives in Monroe (and her dog Mac!) Although I live in Kansas City!

I’m Rick from Shreveport and have had the pleasure of meeting Kim and have first hand experience of her dog grooming skills! She and her employees are very professional and take pride in giving the clients the utmost care as well as love! Thank you Kim’s grooming for caring for my little Maltipoo “Paris” love how she looks and smells every time I pick her up! Always fast and courteous!

I wrote a review previously but don't see it anymore... Kim used to groom my shih tzu and did a great job. Then I got a second shih tzu and brought him to her. I told her he is older and is hard of hearing so please don't grab him from the back and surprise him because he gets startled and will turn his head quickly. She took that to mean that he would bite her (he was missing many teeth and the rest were worn down and he is not aggressive at all) so she emphatically told me that if he does that, she'll cut his tongue out and it won't be her fault. She kept saying that - "I'll just cut his tongue out". I don't know why the conversation went in that direction, but I didn't feel safe leaving my babies there any more.

Kim really cares about your pets. She takes the time to get know you and your pet and ask all the questions to make sure she understands how you want your pet groomed. Every time I visit her shop she know me and my pets by name. Which is very refreshing since most groomers think of you as a number or dollar sign. She makes sure your dog is groomed in a caring and professional atmosphere. I wouldn't leave my fur babies wth anyone else.

Love taking my dog here... they are very friendly and professional. They make sure the know exactly how u want your pet groomed, and I love that.. he always look great
