There is definitely a misunderstanding one way or another but I too was writing down time as I am a nurse and used to scheduling myself . As for as your comment on him being matted that’s one reason he was there . I inherited him from my sisters death when I was reaching out at that time . So yes the dog needed some TLC that’s what I thought I was trying to do. No worries being that your busy it’s just one dog right .

I know Jen on a personal as well as professional level. She takes GREAT pride in her work and LOVES animals!!! There’s Nothing she can’t do for your FurBaby!!🥰

This was gonna be my first time going to her since moving from Texas back to La . I set appointment for noon being that I knew I was working and my dog would need a ride from a family member. So this am he was rejected before 10 am because she said he was scheduled for 9 am . I am in tears over this as it’s just like missing a kids doctors appointment. Disappointed
