Jesse answered all of our questions, took the time to get to know us and help us understand what we needed. We went in just to browse while we waited for a reservation, walked out with a new pet! A bearded dragon, as well as a whole tank set up and some food. Jesse truly went above and beyond for us! BEST experience we've ever had at a Petco!

Petco in Lake Charles is one of the best Grooming experiences me and yes I will speak for my dog Ollie has ever had. I had previously used private grooming services but the entire staff was professional and did a great job. I very seldomly rate things but this was a special experience.

I’ve been going to this location in Lake Charles Louisiana For so many years. Everyone there is always so nice. I’m always greeted so politely. They always check to make sure that I’m being taken care of. Jesse is definitely one of my favorite employees there. He is always so polite and I always enjoy running into him. He’s so helpful and so considerate to everyone.
