I love this place. I take my dogs here for boarding and grooming. The staff is very friendly and my dogs look great after every grooming.

Fantastic customer service and also phenomenal grooming skills. Summit had some light matting in her pits and behind her ears so I was prepared to pay the dematting charge but they called me and let me know they weren’t going to charge for it because it was just some tangles, they could have easily take advantage of me and they didn't. They are wonderful to my cocker (she’s very high anxiety) and when I pick her up she settles very quickly which tells me they give her lovins while grooming her. I highly recommend this place ☺️

Looks as if the animals are running the place. It was completely trashed and smelled awful. I brought my dog into boarding, owner did not disclose that the staff handling the animals were sick with COVID until after I picked my dog up the next day. Be wary about leaving your pet there. The report cards they provide you with are totally fake and are recycled over time. So you are not seeing an accurate picture of your pets stay. If you want an idea of how the place is run, just look at the condition of the livestock on the property.

My husband is undergoing radiation at MD Anderson . My dog had a grooming appointment at 10:00 AM, but our dog sitter needed to drop him off at 8:30 AM so she could get to work on time. Note, I made the appointment weeks prior to knowing the dates of his treatments. They wanted to charge me a full day of boarding for that hour and a half. That’s a pretty obnoxious thing to do to a regular customer. They only care about the money, not the customer.
