I like this particular location. For one, it's the newest one in Lafayette and secondly, it has my favorite pretzels, the Rold Gold Thins. Third, it's right down the street from River Ranch, which has nice stores and shops.

I was at Rouse’s on Camellia in Lafayette today and the checkout person (her name is Ashley) asked me to step out of line while I was doing a 4 second balance check on my phone. She called me names, was extremely rude. I’ve been shopping At Rouse’s for years and have never been asked to hurry with a name call., especially since other checkouts were available. It was unbelievable worst service ever. Rouse’s clearly has work to do on customer service or perhaps that employee was having a bad day. Terrible experience

This is one of the best Rouses’s in Lafayette. Always have plenty of cashiers working the registers and have never run into any issues here. If something is marked at a sale price, but not in their system, they honor it, and they are always quick to listen and help.

Y’all have to go to this Rouses. Best sunsets around!! They need to pay raise the people working in the sky department.
