Petco Grooming

Babbs is the best groomer I've had groom my dog. She understands the style I want for my pomeranian and he always looks great. Professional from drop off to pickup.

My dog was crated for over 2 hours before grooming began. Did not even Smell freshly groomed when picked up and i paid for upgrade, over $70 total! Never again Petco!

I was talked into adding a deshed however it was not explained that I was adding a whole package which doubled the cost of the services provided. Additionally there should have been a brush out or blow out following the deshed which must not have occurred because I recieved my dog back with hair falling off of him like he was an old rug. Also with this package it claimed to include nail buffing/clipping which was done on some of his nails but not all of the nails so his nails are uneven. Thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience for how much I paid for it to occur.

Was told I could come earlier, which I did and headed straight there. I stood at the desk for 15 mins before anyone spoke to me. Although the groomer sees me and I see her through the glass. The first cashier said she would be about 2-3 mins. I said okay. Next cashier came and I told him I spoke to the groomer 30 mins ago and she told me to come. Well he goes to tell her and you can tell she is upset, I’m watching them through the glass. He comes back and tells me that she is by herself and can’t take my dog for another 30 mins. These groomers are obviously overworked and understaffed. I will not spend $48 for a 6 lb dog to get a bath (not even a haircut, just a bath) all while being rude too, with not even an acknowledgment of my present or a sorry. Hire more people!

When I came in, I was told that it would take them until 4pm to get my dog groomed, my appointment was 11:30. I rearranged plans and was called at 1:30 pm that she was done. I paid before getting or seeing my dog asked if I wanted to tip!! I could have done a better job myself!!! They didn't trim her as I wanted and didn't shave between "toes" or trim up paws. I will never go back there again!!!
