Very, Very, VERY friendly staff and pleasant experience each time I visit. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because the last couple times I ordered online or went in store to find the product I needed, it wasn't available. We have had problems in the past giving our babies different food, so we were wanting to keep it specific to what we knew worked for them (Kaytee Supreme). I don't know if this is a supply chain issue or something else (I'm not expert). Without getting into too many details I will keep this simple; employees are very nice and welcoming, but seem to have different views on keeping our animals healthy. Not the worst experience by any means, but I would really think and hop that Petco would be experts on my animals' care like my mechanic would be with my vehicles.
Ashley was the most helpful and sweetest person to help. Cooper (our dog) and my family were first time customers, and she made us feel very welcomed! Throughout the visit, she kept us informed and gave Cooper comfort when he needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Ashley!
I don’t even know where to start on how amazing Mrs Leslie is with my dog Kaia. She goes above and beyond taking care of her. Also Dr Molly and Dr Liz and her staff on the clinic side are incredible. My dog Kaia was seriously mistreated by her former owner and since the day I brought her to Petco they have treated her with such love that I am truly in awe of them. Thank you for everything that you do for her, and thank you for loving her like your own.
Very disappointed I have cataracts and didn’t catch this in the store. I did not notice while buying the red shrimp one has what’s called the ring of death. Plus it has some white fuzzy socks in its feet I really hope it’s not vottella parasitea, the other one seems ok. Last time I went to buy shrimp they were all dead. I’m scared to take another chance with this store on anymore shrimp. It’s ironic as the fish catcher stated he was an expert almost on shrimp and had many at home. I would have thought he would have caught it. As I am old and need cataract surgery. I only noticed this when I saw the ring of death as it’s called for a failing molt and went to take a picture of it. I cannot find this shrimp today in the tank which is heavily planted with live plants. I hate to think of trying to even find its remains by tearing up the tank.
Store was no different than any other PetCo (except the bathroom (m) was filthy. The employees were very nice and went beyond to make us feel like part of the local community even though we were just stopping in on our way through on our Thanksgiving road trip to visit family.
