Never brought CrabPigDog to a groomer before, but we'll definitely be back. Dakota did an amazing job and he looks more handsome than ever. Thank you!

They are very professional!! Susan is a wonderful! My dog Dior had a appointment and I had my other dog Bentley with me and she managed to squeeze Bentley in for his first puppy bath !! That’s what you call excellent customer service, and she did a fantastic job!! They are fast and my dogs looked handsome!!

Dakota does and AMAZING job! Our Aussie doesn’t like loud noises and has some separation anxiety. He got banned from another groomer for nervously using the bathroom and getting snippy. Dakota discovered he didn’t like being restrained or on her table. She said she just dried him on the ground and he was fine, no nervousness with the dryer or nothing! We were so thankful she went above and beyond to see that Ozzy was taken care of properly. We will be customers for life!

Very sweet business woman. My dogs are treated kindly and always clipped/groomed as I ask, for an affordable price. She also offered to pick up and deliver my pets for a VERY reasonably fee. Easy to do business with.

Two weeks ago I received a text message reminding me that is time to book an appointment to have my dog groomed. Since then, I have left 3 voicemails asking for a return call to schedule my appointment. I have yet to receive a response. She does a good job as a groomer, but terrible at customer relations.
