Poochie Bella's Pet Grooming

I want to thank them for doing a great job. My dog looked clean & smelled clean. Completely dry & happy. The lady that did the service was very sweet & communicated effectively. Monday (12/16) I called to get a last minute appointment for yesterday (12/19). So happy they had an opening to fit us in! The ease of getting him in & out was immaculate. My concern though with everything being digital these days… I requested for my 74 pound boxer mix a bath with anal glad expression. The total didn’t match what I asked for. & my receipt didn’t reflect a breakdown of the purchase. My fault for assuming & not asking before paying. But I’m the type to keep receipts of everything important. So I’m a little disappointed that. My assumption came from thinking the receipt would have the breakdown of charges & it did not. I have learned my lesson for next time. It’s not stopping me from returning. I highly recommend the service & treatment for your pet. But just as a responsible adult, ask before assuming. Comparison: I have tried Petco & PetSmart. I did not like those services or customer services. My pet would always come back with something wrong. As a mother of 2 under school age, it’s hard to make time to do the services myself & I’m glad I chose Poochie Bella’s !

I’ve been struggling to find a good groomer in town, so this was my first time using Poochie Bella’s. They made a fantastic first impression!! ♥️ I requested a specific style different from the traditional westie cut, and they did it exactly right! Also there is a noticeable attention to detail on his paws and nails that I haven’t really seen at other places. I can tell the groomer here is experienced. Overall, communication and service was fantastic, and I’ll be coming back for sure! 🤩

They do an awesome job grooming my sheepadoodle. Highly recommend

I've been using them for at least 2 years. Seems like they don't care anymore. One of my dogs has arthritis so I gave explicit instructions. The receptionist had to help get my dog in the car. She couldn't walk for 3 days. My other dog was shaved so close he had burn marks on his belly. Will definitely not return.

I bring my 2 dogs here regularly. They are super nice and I was relieved to find a groomer that was willing to work with my chow puppy. Highly recommend!
